For many years, we have been covering the wider international management agenda, including leadership, inclusion and diversity, and health and wellbeing across our media. Now these have been incorporated into a new model, which encapsulates eight topics critical to all organisations – local, regional and global – that put people at the heart of what they do in a fast-paced changing world.

At the Festival of Global People in May 2019, Ben Renshaw explained the value of purpose for organisations, teams and individuals in driving growth and an engaged workforce. In the 2020 Awards, we recognise the attributes of purpose and leadership to further the sustainable growth of international organisations and those managing global teams.Acknowledging priorities for leadership teams across global businesses and organisations, the HR agenda and the CIPD’s professional model, as well as the global mobility and relocation agenda, we have also taken on board productivity issues, global talent shortages and inspiring individuals to function at a higher level. Our eight priority areas, which include global mobility, connect international managers across local, regional and global markets. This enables us to promote core values and drivers for change, inspiring thought leadership that reflects best practice across the international management space.
  • Global leadership: Putting people at the heart of global organisations, governance, engagement, inclusion, culture
  • Global industry sectors: Spotlight on changing industry sectors, their strategic direction, global market impact
