On Friday, March 7, 2025, Think Global Women invites you to a transformative event dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and amplifying women's voices in leadership.
Building on previous successful Think Global Women’s events, our annual gathering supporting International Women’s Day is where global experts, changemakers, leaders, and aspiring leaders come together to make meaningful changes toward a more inclusive workplace. This year, we’re not just discussing change but committing to action.

Event Highlights
Keynote Speaker: Mark Freed, co-founder of Men for Inclusion. With a career dedicated to challenging outdated stereotypes and promoting inclusivity, Mark has become a key voice in driving cultural change within the financial services sector and beyond. Mark Freed’s keynote “How to Achieve True Equality in the Workplace” will emphasise that genuine inclusion enables a deeper understanding of individual strengths and contributions, building an environment where all employees, regardless of background, can thrive in alignment with shared values and behaviours. He will present the business case for diversity, showing how companies with over 30% female representation excel, yet often miss the full benefits by neglecting true inclusion and culture change. He will emphasise the critical role of men as advocates, push for modernised policies and inclusive leadership, and propose actionable steps—like engaging men, tracking data, and challenging stereotypes—to embed lasting, meaningful DEI in daily practice
Expert Panels and Workshops: Hear from leading voices on key issues affecting women in the workplace, including EDI, flexible working practices, allyship, and menopause awareness. Learn from their experiences and discover tools for championing diversity within your own organisation
Networking with Role Models and share Inspiring stories: Meet women leaders who are breaking barriers and paving the way for future generations. Their journeys will inspire and empower you to take proactive steps in your own career
Interactive Roundtables: Engage with other attendees in guided discussions to identify practical solutions for common challenges, share experiences, and brainstorm new ideas for driving gender equality forward
