About ASM
ASM is an independent, co-educational college preparatory day school with a state-of-the-art campus south of Milan. Founded in 1962, ASM has offered an English-speaking education to international students for more than 60 years and is the oldest non-profit IB school. Our mission is to “inspire students to discover their unique potential and to be curious learners, critical thinkers, and global citizens who positively impact our world” ASM is accredited through the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and has been offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program since 1983 as an IB World School. As the most diverse international school in Milan and with the highest percentage (65%) of international students. ASM currently enrolls students from more than 70 countries.Mission

Facilities
Set on a beautiful 9-acre campus, ASM offers a modern, dynamic environment for learning and growth. Our facilities include state-of-the-art science laboratories, two full-sized American gymnasia, tennis courts, a grass soccer field, and a 27,000-volume library with a wide selection of e-books. Our campus also features a 500-seat auditorium, completed in 2019, which serves as a hub for school events and performances.With an enrollment of over 885 students, ASM is proud to employ more than 103 full-time faculty members. Our teachers are not only highly educated and experienced but also passionate and inspiring leaders in the classroom. We prioritize continued professional development through a robust professional growth fund, ensuring our educators stay at the forefront of best practices in education.Since 1983, ASM has been authorized to offer the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma and the American High School Diploma, which are awarded upon graduation.
