This support in re-establishing personal routines and connections in the new location is critical to improving employee productivity.[1] This service is particularly valued during an international move, where spouses regularly deal with loneliness and a sense of isolation after the immediate busy-ness of the move. Since “transition” is a process, these services are proactive on average for a 12-month duration.
