Flying Butler is the serviced apartment operation of Deep Blue Apartments Ltd and a trusted provider of upper-mid tier serviced accommodation to the corporate sector.

Established in 1999, we are a privately held company and a founding member of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP).

Orchard Apartments Ltd (OAL) acquired Deep Blue Apartments Ltd (DBA) in December 2014.   Orchard Apartments will create a leading, scaled franchise in London Serviced Apartments under the Flying Butler brand.

We offer the expected services and inclusions to make our guest’s stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.  In addition, our team add a level of dedication, attention to detail and personal care not easily matched.

For our bookers/clients:

  • Office hours – Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
  • Key staff contactable out of hours for reservations and guest service support
  • Prompt response to enquiries with multiple contact options to suit: Phone, email, Skype, WhatsApp, SMS

For our guests:

  • Every guest met on arrival via our Meet & Greet service
  • 24/7 Guest Service response by phone
