Cambridge IGCSE is the world’s most popular international qualification for 14 to 16 year olds, although it can be taken by students of other ages.Taught by schools in 146 countries, it offers 70 subjects to choose from, with each course designed to build core knowledge and develop the creative thinking and problem-solving skills so valued by universities and employers.For students aged 16 to 19, Cambridge International AS & A Levels are ideal preparation for university, higher education and the world of work. They develop a deep subject understanding (with 55 courses available) together with independent learning and constructive thinking skills – abilities which, again, are highly valued, particularly by universities worldwide. Cambridge International AS & A Levels are taught in 134 countries, with over 500,000 subject entries per year.

In some places, such as the US and Canada, good grades can equal one full year of university course credit.
