What are the new leadership skills required in today’s rapidly changing global marketplace? Why do we need to change the way we lead teams and companies, and how can we make the workplace more women-friendly and diverse? What are the benefits of a truly inclusive way of working and how can we make that happen?
At this exciting workshop to celebrate International Women’s Day, a wide range of women from diverse industries will be sharing their experiences of making changes on a micro and macro level. Join our coaches and speakers to hear how nurturing female talent – your own and that of your colleagues – can solve skill shortages, close the gender pay gap and help find the right candidates for international assignments.
An organisation that is women-friendly can also be family-friendly, too. We’ll look at how to develop a better work-life balance for all employees – men and women of all ages and with different responsibilities outside the workplace. We’ll share tips and case studies of how to include a wider range of voices and talents – from the shop floor to the boardroom – in order to create a vibrant workforce and reflect the nature of the customers or clients we deal with.
You’ll hear how change, both on a departmental level and company-wide, is being implemented by successful organisations in order to leverage the talents of all employees, improve productivity, and nurture talent.
11am Morning Session
