Mercer acquires Jason Associates to expand in Portugal

A new acquisition has been announced by a global health and careers consultancy. The merger aims to expand the businesses base in Portugal in response to the HR industry’s changing needs.

Mercer, a global consultant in advancing health, wealth and careers, has announced that it will be acquiring Portuguese-based Jason Associates, a producer of people-focused products and advisory services.

HR industry expansion

With this acquisition, Mercer and Jason Associates will combine HR consulting with innovative technology and tools with the intention to transform the way people management is designed, implemented and communicated.The merger will attempt to offer companies and employees a unique experience.
