Institute of Directors – IoD

Friday, 8 March 2023

10.00am – 2.30 pm

Following our highly successful and impactful International Women’s Day (IWD) event last year, we highlighted this year’s theme of ‘Inspire Inclusion’ to champion inclusion in all its forms. We explored the value of international experience and how to share knowledge and expertise to deliver greater equity for women and girls and help to grow sustainable jobs and opportunities around the world.

Our event this year on 8 March supported personal and professional development provided practical tools to accelerate change in organisations or communities.

Inspired by the publication of ‘Men Stepping Forward’, we encouraged men to join us to explore how to create an environment at work to achieve gender-inclusive leadership opportunities.

Attendees took away a wealth of connections, new ideas and practical solutions to put into practice in their own workplace.
