The Excellence in Employee Experience or Family Support award is open to individuals and organisations, from any sector, which provide a specialist service to relocating employees and their families.

The award was presented by Paul Williamson, Head of Learning & Development at the Ambassador Theatre Group, a new member of our judging panel and speaker at the Festival of Global People.

The judges said, “It is clear that Impact Group care deeply about what they do and also value their people. Their use of coaching for both assignees and families is intelligent and congruent with their purpose and evidently generates a great deal of engagement and commitment from clients.”
