The Excellence in Technology or Analytics – Employee & Family Support award recognises the effective and innovative use of technology and/or data analytics to bring about employee and/or family benefits within the context of relocation.

The award was presented by Richard Kelly, Associate Director at UBS, who works in global mobility programmes and analytics, and is a member of the judging panel.

The judges said, “This platform is new to the Indian market helping to smooth the relocation process for domestic transfers, aiding talent attraction, deployment and retention. It not only makes things easier and more cost effective for transferees but also protects them in, what can be a very unscrupulous market.”
