The award recognises the true strategic partnership between corporate HR global mobility teams and their business partners and/or RMC/consultancy organisations and their corporate clients.
Examples of strategic business solutions, employee engagement, policy development, remote working, special projects, such as group moves, graduate schemes, compliance management, data provision, technological innovations or consultative services, can be included.
The judges looked for evidence of consistently high standards and excellent service – for example, customer/client testimonials, feedback forms and/or survey results.
Who could enter?
Any corporate HR global mobility team, service provider organisation or team, large or small, which could demonstrate that it provides an excellent and effective relocation/mobility management solution to clients and their relocatees or international employees. In addition, organisations and teams providing specialist compliance management including tax and immigration services, financial, removals management, school property service, etc could also enter this award category.
