The Excellence in Global Mobility award recognises the vital contribution that domestic and international relocation management can make to mobility by supporting business growth, moving talent, and maximising return on investment.
The award was presented by Wesley Moria, Director of Global Business Development at Festival and Award sponsors, edyn.
The judges explained why this team won the award, “It is excellent to see a focus on support and tailoring of assistance to individuals and their partners in order to improve diversity within the expatriate workforce. The resulting effect on the Global Mobility function has been one of increasing their sense of value, purpose and worth.
“This is an excellent initiative that demonstrates that listening and responding to employee and partner feedback can result in both a positive experience for assignees as well as the Global Mobility department that manages them.”
Michelle Berners Price, KPMG, said, "It was an award with NetExpat and ABInbev where we supported them with looking gat their policies and making changes to their policies. I wasn't personally driving that but obviously really proud of the team and to be part of collecting the award on their behalf today."
The award was collected by Nancy Guidera, Director Global Client Services from NetExpat, also representing KPMG & ABInbev. NetExpat acceptance speech from Des Mckell, VP Global Advisory Services
