This award recognizes excellent global leadership initiatives across the wide spectrum of people management functions that result in outstanding people management outcomes.
The award was presented by Paul Williamson, Head of Talent Development at the Ambassador Theatre Group and a member of the Judging Panel.
The judges said, “The range of diversity and inclusion initiatives and their impact on staff performance is exceptional and is very well demonstrated through both client and staff satisfaction and engagement. This is a wonderful example of a business that knows what it wants to be, has a strong philosophy, clear values, is ambitious and confident, and prepared to take positive action to ensure their culture supports talent and delivers results for all its stakeholders."
Mark Abbs, Partner, Blick Rothenberg, said, "The organisation is very old. We have been around 80-plus years, and we are very much a family-focused, people-focused organisation. We really focus on putting people first so this award is incredibly important for me and for the firm. It recognises what we are trying to achieve and really making it a great place for people to work."
