The Excellence in Talent Development, Deployment, & Engagement award recognises excellent global leadership initiatives or a leader across the wide spectrum of people management functions that result in outstanding people management outcomes.

Paul Williamson, Head of L & D, ATG Entertainment and member of the judging panel presented the award.

The judges explained why Eres Relocation Services won the award, “As a fast-growing business it is heartening and progressive to see this Company investing in talent development in the way that it is. Talent development and employee engagement is an activity that ensures businesses retain and develop top talent, creating a pipeline that safeguards the longevity of a business.
