This award recognises quality and professionalism in the provision of serviced apartments that are operated by providers that focus on a specific country, regionally, globally or at local level.
The award highlights the importance of finding the right accommodation to a successful relocation or international assignment. You should reflect changing patterns of work, working from home and business traveller needs.
Entry is open to the wide range of companies, large and small, which provide serviced apartment solutions for relocations and international assignments. Both serviced accommodation providers and booking agents are eligible. Entrants should explain the nature of their market and customers and how an excellent service contributes to relocation/international assignments or business travel.
Entries should include, for example, how connections have been developed to deliver creative, flexible solutions to issues raised by the mobility process.
Case studies that explain how you have built connections to deliver creative solutions to mobility problems, who were involved, the benefits to assignees/the business/corporate clients and how these were measured are welcome. Examples of service delivery in challenging locations and for group moves are also welcome.
The judges will be looking for proof of consistently high standards and excellent service – for example, customer/client testimonials, feedback forms and/or survey results.
